Fusion Bonded Coating Services



We offer fusion bonded coatings for application of a wide range of fusible alloy hard surfacing materials. Using a low-velocity oxygen-fuel gas flame, we apply different materials such as metals, ceramics, and carbides on parts. Though this technique provides a lower density as compared to other thermal spray coating methods, its cost effective nature makes it an ideal choice for non-critical components. In addition, these coatings also offer the highest bond strength of all thermal coating processes.

This flame sprayed coating can be applied on parts with IDs as low as 5". The easy portability of of our flame spraying equipment, along with reduced setup time, allows us to provide on-site coating services. These coatings are also applied as a spray and fuse process, which offers high bond strength and removes interconnected pores.
