Purtech 93/7 nickel chromium-chromium carbide coating provides excellent resistance to wear by hard surfaces and fretting at elevated temperatures to 1500 degrees F. The resultant HVOF applied coating is moderately hard and well bonded.
As in the case of all of our HVOF carbide coatings, the 93/7 nickel chromium-chromium carbide coating exhibits negligible porosity.
