Wire Metallizing Spray Coating Services



Our wire metallizing services are used for applying coatings restricted to those materials that can be drawn into a wire, such as zinc, bronze, and aluminum. Primarily employed for restoring part dimensions, this technique can also be used for corrosion protection with zinc and aluminum coatings. Offering considerably superior corrosion protection as compared to paint, wire metallizing can increase the life of your components by up to 30 percent. The wire metallizing process is used in the surface treatment of ODs, irregular, and flat surfaces. Our multi-spindle application method allows us to handle high volume production runs. Wire metallizing is performed both manually and through robots at our facility.

We also offer additional finishing operations, including machining, diamond grinding, and superfinishing. Surface roughness as low as 5 RMS can be created in our superfinishing process. Our inspection procedures include mechanical, thermal, and corrosion testing of all coated components.
